The Faith Mangope Technology and Leadership Institute, registered in 2019 (NPO: 230-115 NPO), is a Level 1 Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) non-profit training organization. Our mission is to support the full integration of both female and male youth into the ICT economy, focusing on enhancing their employability and securing placement solutions.

We envision a thriving South African and African society where every young person has the opportunity to realize their potential. Our mission is to invest in our youth by providing comprehensive training and career development activities in the ICT sector, ultimately contributing to an economically prosperous society.

Core Activities

Our focus is on youth aged 19-30 years, offering a range of career development services, including:

1. Recruitment: Identifying young talent with potential in the ICT field.
2. Training: Providing professional ICT skills training tailored to industry needs.
3. Placements: Securing internships and full-time positions through partnerships with various organizations.
