Potential candidates need to meet the primary requirements Criteria as stated. They need to be female or male, aged between 19 and 30 years, currently studying for a qualification in the ICT Sector OR in their final year of study in a Higher Institute of Learning OR currently holding a qualification from a Higher Institute of Learning.

Qualifying candidates must also demonstrate leadership qualities as well as express a great interest in the 4th Industrial Revolution. Candidates must commit to completing the entire program.

We conduct a comprehensive needs analysis for our qualified candidates to determine their funding needs and additional resources needed to help them succeed in their studies. This needs analysis also assists us to identify the market exposure necessary for them to achieve their goals in order to help them succeed.

The candidates will attend a 1 year programme and will be required to attend daily classes held from Mondays to Fridays. These classes will have the below learning paths:

• The Journey to Discovering Me
• Creativity & The New World
• Coaching
• The Tech World & Tech Skills
• Communication in The Workplace
• Professional & Work Readiness 101

Our candidates enter into an agreement with FMTALI which entails specific details of this program and deliverables from both parties.

In addition to the classes, candidates will also be allowed to participate in conferences, webinars, excursions, dialogues, and projects.

Candidates will also be connected and aligned with thought leaders in the ICT industry, other and coaches from whom they can draw inspiration. The coaches will mentor our candidates, meeting them monthly to check their progress and help steer them in the right direction.

Upon completing their studies our candidates will be placed in relevant, internships and practical work environments where they will gain invaluable work experience. After their internship programmes, the candidates will form part of the FMTALI network, where they get to continually engage with like-minded individuals, receive support for their entrepreneurial pursuits, get placed into great companies to work, and have access to the FMTALI institution and facilities where we foster innovative pursuits.

A monthly stipend will be provided for each learner throughout the Programme. This will assist their attendance and full focus on the program.

They will receive individual and group coaching throughout the Programme to help them become 21st-century leaders.

They will engage in monthly tutoring sessions that cover essential areas such as; coding, programming, gaming, data analytics, App development, AI, Creative projects, IP Law, Copyrights, Robotics, FinTech, etc.

An important part of the program is the excursions that give our candidates essential exposure and also the Seed funding model to be implemented for our Alumni.
